Microsoft Launcher Beta 6 with landscape mode and updated feed design

The Microsoft Launcher is now available in a new trial version. Beta 6 again brings some interesting innovations to the smartphone. So if you work a lot with Microsoft on the PC, the launcher should be quite interesting.

The Microsoft Launcher gives you more control over the start screen and is supposed to bridge the gap between smartphones and computers. The launcher’s “feed” connects the smartphone to numerous Microsoft applications and services that may already be used on the computer.

The Microsoft Launcher isn’t the first to introduce landscape mode, but it’s a welcome change for people who want to use Bluetooth keyboards. The changes to the Microsoft Feed are more extensive – it’s still in the same place (far left on the home screen), but the new look is much cleaner and clearer. The cards are evenly spaced and have a blurry background underneath. It does not display as much information on a screen as it did before, which is clearer.

Microsoft Launcher Beta 6 changelog

Microsoft Launcher Support landscape mode, Updated Microsoft Feed design, Beautiful Wallpapers, and Improved performance.

Fix in this build

  • Add up to 3 rows in Dock
  • Organize your App Drawer with folders
  • Double-tap to lock screen
  • Improved app search
  • Fixed bugs and crashes

The update also includes some new background images in the Bing and Microsoft folders. Microsoft also improved the overall performance of the launcher. Even if they may not suit everyone’s taste, it is great to be able to choose a new background image without having to go online.

The latest beta 6 of the Microsoft Launcher is now available for all registered users.
