After Samsung S20 Ultra, some users report that other Galaxy phones also have green screen issues

The green screen issue that appeared shortly after the Galaxy S20 Ultra was released? A few months ago, Samsung solved this problem through a firmware update, but it seems that this problem also affects other Galaxy models.

According to Sammobile, several new posts on the community websites of Samsung, the European Union, and India show that the green screen issue is now affecting other Galaxy devices. These users reported that the green screen issue appeared after the latest firmware update. This issue seems to affect the Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy S9 series, Galaxy S10 Lite, and Galaxy Note 10 Lite.

The green screen problem seems to mainly occur when the display is low in brightness, so at least it does not always affect the user experience. In addition, judging from the number of complaints found on the Samsung community website, the green screen problem seems to be very rare. This problem exists for some users, but it does not seem to have spread widely at present.

If this green screen problem is indeed similar to the Galaxy S20 problem a few months ago, then Samsung should not spend too much time to find out the exact cause and fix the problem through a firmware update.
