Now WhatsApp finally gets animated stickers. The new stickers can already be found in the latest beta of the messenger.
It took a long time. In autumn 2018, Facebook had donated WhatsApp stickers. But there was nothing to see from animated like Telegram & Co. But that should change shortly.
According to WABetaInfo, animated stickers can now be found in the betas for Android and iOS. Probably WhatsApp will get these stickers with the next update.
WhatsApp with a new feature
The animated WhatsApp stickers are still quite clear. So far there are only 5 animated sticker packs. But there will certainly be a few more to come before the final rollout.
However, it is not yet known when the animated stickers will be expected. A date was not given. Such updates always come with WhatsApp without any major announcement.
