Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite will get a new Android 10 update in March

Last week had the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite the Android 10 Update get. But after serious problems, the update had to be withdrawn.

Some users complained that their phone’s LCD screen was permanently damaged, while in other cases the battery did not fully charge. In some extreme cases, the phones even became completely unusable.

Xiaomi is reportedly working hard to fix the issues caused by the failed Android 10 update. To this end, the company’s software team in the Mi community announced that it would be working throughout the month to introduce a new OTA update.

The owners of the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite should receive the update in waves before April. However, no specific launch date was given.

In addition, Xiaomi is asking A2 Lite users whose models have been damaged by the botched Android 10 update to take the devices to authorized Mi service centers or to return them to retailers for after-sales support (RMA).
