Xiaomi 13 model registered: A new generation of Snapdragon 8 Gen2 blessing

In July this year, Xiaomi released the Mi 12S series. From the point of view of word of mouth, the improvement of the Snapdragon 8+ is obvious to all. According to multiple sources, the next-generation Snapdragon 8 processor (Snapdragon 8 Gen2) also uses TSMC’s 4nm process. With the guarantee of the process, mobile phone manufacturers must be full of energy in research and development.

After investigation, the registered models corresponding to Xiaomi Mi 13 have appeared in the EEC certification database, including 2210132G, 2210133G, etc. The suffix “G” stands for Global, which is the global version.

It is a little regrettable that, apart from the model itself, other information has not been exposed. According to previous revelations by digital bloggers on Weibo, the Xiaomi Mi 13 series has two screen solutions.

The standard version is a straight screen with 1080P resolution, while the Pro version is a curved screen with 2K resolution. Both are in the form of a hole in the middle. Because of the new packaging process, the borders of the Xiaomi Mi 13 series have been narrower.

In terms of imaging, the prototype of the Xiaomi Mi 13 series has tested new imaging solutions, including a 50-megapixel super-large bottom main camera + a high-pixel medium telephoto solution. The telephoto magnification is not high but the usability is relatively high.

In terms of charging, the Xiaomi Mi 13 series is expected to upgrade to 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
