Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS Long Term Support Released

Delayed by a week due to a last-minute bug discovered, Canonical released Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS today as the first minor release in the current long-term support series. Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS bundles all current SRUs (stable updates) and packages pushed since the April release of Jammy Jellyfish.

Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS also brings a series of feature fixes and bug fixes, notable mitigations for the Retbleed vulnerability, as well as Alder Lake processor bug fixes for Dell XPS devices, and Intel AMX support will be rolled back to all A kernel versions, introducing RISC-V StarFive VisionFive support, various another bug/security fixes.
