Python 3.8.3 has been released, this is the third maintenance release of Python 3.8.
This version contains bug fixes over the past two months. Detailed information about all changes made in 3.8.3 can be found in its changelog.
In addition, compared to 3.8.2, version 3.8.3 also contains the changes introduced in 3.8.3rc1.
The maintenance version of the 3.8 series will be updated regularly every two months, and the next version 3.8.4 is scheduled for release in mid-July 2020.
In addition, May 18 (Monday) is the release date of Python 3.9.0 beta 1. This version will lock the feature set of Python 3.9.
