Galaxy Note 20 camera collects moisture inside but Samsung says it is normal

The Galaxy Note 20 series has already been released in Korea, with first users having the company’s new proposals in their hands. However, some users seem to have a problem with the sensors of their devices.

Specifically, Stinger1 uploaded photos to the official Samsung forum in Korea about the problem he is facing. As shown in the photos, the sensors are completely covered by moisture.

The user claims that this happens when there is a sudden change in temperature, such as being out in the heat and suddenly entering an area that has air conditioning. Below the post, several users reported exactly the same problem.

The user decided to go to a Samsung repair center to fix the problem. To his surprise, he was informed that this is normal, while later the company itself sent him a message informing him that it is not obliged to provide repair or replacement to something that happens due to natural phenomena.

As he was informed, the problem may arise when ambient humidity enters the device through the pressure regulating air ducts and then condenses into “fog” when exposed to extreme temperature changes.

As seen in the photo above, this phenomenon makes the sensors of the device useless for a while, although the problem is not permanent.
