As Huawei always focused to provide the latest Emotion UI/EMUI features in the beta form for the selected users who took part in the internal beta testing. Now, Huawei Mate 30 Pro and P40 series smartphone users in Europe and Russia now getting the chance to participate in EMUI 11 Beta program. Huawei will continue to send new beta software builds until the respective devices reach the conclusion of EMUI 11 beta activity.
EMUI 11 comes with the new features – always-on display, smoother animation, multi-screen collaboration, subtle effects, privacy-based screen projection, super notepad, and many more. The latest update comes with the build number EMUI 11.0.0.118 for Huawei Mate 30 Pro, Huawei P40, P40 Pro & P40 Pro+ and the update package size is 2.32GB.
POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE UPDATE:
- The update will not erase any data.
- Update size may vary from region to region.
- Maintain enough storage and battery.
- If possible, connect to WiFi.

UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:
Through Setting:
- Open Settings in your device.
- Click on system & updates.
- Click on the software update.
- Check for updates.
- Click on the download button.
- Install updates.
- After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears onscreen.
- Reboot the device.
Through the Support app:
- Open the Support app on your device.
- If not installed, download it from the play store.
- Open service tab.
- Tap on update.
- Check for updates.
- Click on the download button.
- Install updates.
- After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears onscreen.
