EMUI 11 beta testing reportedly kick off in September and October 2020

According to the new report, Huawei will start the EMUI 11 Internal beta program at the end of September and early October this year. The company will launch its most awaited Emotion UI at the HDC (Huawei Developer Conference) 2020.

Last year, Huawei included its EMUI 10 interface on the Mate 30 series. Following with the same lineup we will see EMUI 11 to be pre-installed in the upcoming Mate 40 series.

Huawei’s EMUI 11 will bring a number of changes in the current version, possibly enhanced cross-device platform, different layout, and more.

Huawei Mate 40 series is rumored to be launched in October with the next-generation Kirin 9000 chipset. The upcoming Huawei Mate 40 Pro will come with EMUI 11, on the other hand, Huawei Mate 40 may come with a new version of EMUI 10. As per the storage concern, this year will see only 8GB/128GB, 12GB/256GB storage variant.

The Mate 40 series will follow curved-edge screens coupled with in-display fingerprint scanners. The standard model settles for a 6.4-inch display, the Pro one will come with a waterfall display that measures in at 6.7-inches.
