Apple today announced that its iWork productivity suite of applications (including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote) will be updated shortly to take full advantage of trackpad support in iPadOS 13.4, which will be released on March 24.
According to Apple, writing and editing text in Pages will be a breeze, working with multiple objects in Keynote is easier than ever, and the higher accuracy makes even the largest spreadsheets work easily.
Other new features include beautiful new templates in Pages and Keynote, making it easy for users to create beautiful documents, and in iWork, for the first time, users can add drop caps to make paragraphs stand out with decorative capital letters.
Apple added that collaboration will also be made easier by supporting iCloud folder sharing, which is expected to be available in iPadOS 13.4. Apple has added touchpad support to the new iPad Pro ’s Magic Keyboard, which will make the iPad Pro a more productive device, which is also Apple ’s direction for the iPad Pro in recent years.
