The update that accompanied Security Patch March appears made issues for owners of Samsung Galaxy Note devices 9. The issues distinguished mainly in the device’s screen, yet are not constrained there.
The information originates from Samsung ‘s official forum, where a few users recognized the issues after the upgrade. Some device screens have been discolored, while others have gray lines everywhere throughout the surface when the brightness drops to a low level.
The problems
Some users also report problems with the Galaxy Note 9 overheating, which in turn affects the screen. Specifically, after the temperature of the device rises, the screen resolution automatically drops, in order to protect the device from further problems.
No solution has been found so far. Neither restarting the device nor resetting to factory settings can completely solve the problem. There are reports that the above solutions are temporary in some cases, with the problems returning, while in other cases they did not work at all.
However, Samsung does not give clear instructions to users either. The company ‘s response to users is to visit a repair center, which shows that a fix is not ready soon. We are waiting for an official position on the matter from the company.
