According to Samsung Members App Samsung Galaxy A70 will receiving the One UI 2.0 (Android 10) update in June 2020. It is as of now May 30, ideally, there will be a firmware update this time.
How to Check
Go to Settings > tap on the Software update and go for Download and install option.
