Huawei has started rolling out a new software/firmware update to the Nova 5T users. The latest update brings software version 10.0.0.184.

If you want to check for the update manually, just click on the Settings option from your device, Settings > System > Software update > Check for Updates. Download!
Or via HiCare app, open HiCare (Support) app > Services ->Update > Check for updates.
