Honor rolling out June 2020 security update for Honor Play 4

Honor Play 4 smartphone users now started receiving June 2020 security patch update with HDR10 video support. The update comes with the latest software version number 3.1.1.133 and the update package size is 354MB.

Changelog

Multimedia – Optimizes video playback with more and clearer details when watching movies. Added support for HDR10 standard videos.

Camera – Optimizes photography and video recording experience.

Calls & Audio – Optimizes call experience and audio effect of Wechat voice.

Security – Integrates Android security patches released in June 2020 for improved system security. How to Update

Go to Settings -> ‘System & updates’ -> ‘Software update’ -> ‘Check for updates’ -> ‘Download and install’.

Via Support app. Go to Support App-> Services -> Update > Check for updates.
