Google has stopped production of the Pixel 4 and 4 XL

With the Pixel 4a finally announced, it’s time to see what Google has in store for this year’s flagship, for which of course our data is still very limited.

But to pave the way for the next generation, Google is putting an end to the production of older models.

The Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL are already appearing ” Exhausted ” in most of Google’s online stores, albeit a little earlier than we expected.

The Verge website spoke with a company representative, who confirmed that the sales cycle of the devices has been completed and suggests to those interested if they want a model to look at one of the partner stores that may have stock.

This of course goes against what we have seen in recent years from Google. The Pixel 2 and Pixel 3 stopped selling 18 months after their release, while the Pixel 4 was introduced last October, so it is not even closed.

Of course, if the rumors are true and the upcoming Pixel 5 is released with Snapdragon 765G, then maybe the company wants to avoid comparison.
