According to the recent information, Huawei’s next Emotion UI called EMUI 11 is expected to be launched at the HDC 2020 (Huawei Developer Conference) that opens on September 10. As usual, the new smartphone series called the Mate 40 will be first to pre-installed this new Emotion UI with new features.
In the official forums of Huawei, some administrators listed the possible feature changes of EMUI 11:
- GPU Turbo improvement (Performance will improve)
- Improve one-handed mode (Better than the existing one)
- Improve gesture control (Easy to handle)
- File sharing is easier (Quick and Fast)
- Enhance security (More Secure)
- Improved flight mode (When the Bluetooth function is active, it will not be turned off when switching to flight mode)
EMUI 11 will be based on Android 11. It is rumored that Google will release the official version of Android 11 on September 8.
The Huawei Mate 40 series is rumored to be launched on September 15. The Huawei Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro will be equipped with 5nm Kirin 9000 processors. The new phones will use hyperboloid displays and a perforated design. There is a huge round camera (Oreo shaped) on the back.
