AT&T rolling out September 2020 security patch update to its Galaxy S20 series smartphone users in the US. Meanwhile, unlocked devices got the latest October 2020 security patch update. The latest update comes with the build number G981USQU1BTIH (506MB), G986USQU1BTIH (513), and G988USQU1BTIH (510MB) for the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra respectively.
How to Update software:
- Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
- Swipe down from the Notification bar and select Settings.
- Scroll and select Software update, then Check for updates.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
