Samsung’s tablet the Galaxy Tab S5e starts receiving the latest update which brings One UI 2.5 (Android 10) and may receive another major Android OS update next year, which will be updated to Android 11.
As reported by SamMobile, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e One UI 2.5 update has been launched in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. The latest software update comes with version number T720XXU1CTI1 and it includes a new custom appearance, Wireless DeX support, real-time transcription, and nearby sharing, etc.
The August security patch is included in the One UI 2.5 update too, although a newer one has already been released in select countries.
As per the specification concern, the Galaxy Tab S5e tablet sports a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560×1600, with a screen-to-body ratio of 81.8%. In the core, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 SoC, equipped with a 7040mAh battery (the official says the battery can run upto 14 hours of continuous video viewing). The tablet is pre-installed with the Android 9 Pie operating system, equipped with an 8MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera.
