Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 screen upgrade: UTG glass is used

According to the latest news released by foreign media, the supply chain recently confirmed that the new Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 will continue to use the same UTG glass as the Galaxy Z Flip. Previously, the screen of the first-generation Galaxy Fold mobile phone was relatively fragile, and the defects of the first-generation hinge process once caused Samsung to fall into the whirlpool of public opinion. The advantage of UTG glass is that it can greatly increase the strength of the mobile phone screen, and the life will be longer, to avoid repeating the mistakes made by the previous ones.

In other respects, according to the previously exposed news, the new Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 folding screen mobile phone will basically continue the design ideas of the previous generation, and the internal folding design will still be used, but the internal screen of Fold 2 will upgrade the previous generation bangs design to the present. Popular digging screen design, the front camera opening is located in the upper right corner of the screen, and the external screen still seems to use the water drop screen design.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 flagship platform will be equipped with 12GB of RAM. It will be equipped with UTG (Ultra-Thin Glass) technology, which is Samsung’s second folding screen flagship with UTG technology after the Galaxy Z Flip. The rear rectangular five-camera camera module will comprehensively enhance the image strength. In addition, the aircraft will still support S Pen.

It is reported that the new Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 folding screen mobile phone has begun mass production, and it is likely to be released in August together with the new generation of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series flagship. For more detailed information, we will wait and see.
