Cartoon's secrets finally revealed.

Cartoon shows have always been a fave of kids and even adults (admit it). Yet, there are some things we continually have to question.

So therefore, we would be talking a close look at a few mysteries you thought will forever remain unresolved.

SHAGGY IS A VEGAN

Other than his more than obvious predilection for mind-altering substances, we have always associated Scooby-Doo's closest human pal with one thing and one thing only: sandwiches. Really big, meaty sandwiches. But, the character's food choices have proven to actually be contentious behind the scenes. Shaggy's best-known voice actor, Casey Kasem, was a strict vegan, which led to Shaggy also turning vegetarian.

POWER PUFF GIRLS  AS AN ADULT CARTOON

When the creator Craig McCracken first dreamed up his crime-fighting trio they were dubbed as "The Whoopass Girls" and were supposedly written for an adult audience. Cartoon Network loved McCracken's pitch, but requested that changes be made to make the series a lot more appropriate for children.

Well, McCracken changed the name... and not much else. Adult references and humor are still packed into the background of many of the show's seemingly sweet and innocent episodes. The writers of the reboot were able to make sure to keep that same hidden humor in their own scripts.

SESAME STREET - WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?

There has been some speculation going around that all of the characters’ personalities are based off of different mental issues. Cookie Monster is said to have a binge eating disorder, the Count counts so much because he has OCD, Telly is said to have severe social anxiety, and Oscar The Grouch is actually anti-social. Whether this one is true or not, it definitely makes perfect sense. We definitely will not be able to look at this show in the same way after learning about this secret.

THE FAIRLY ODDPARENTS - RAN OUT OF BLUE INK

Would you have guessed that the show was supposed to be called Fairly GodParents, but upon writing up the script they decided to change it, since the fairies were so...odd? The fairy, Wanda was originally inspired by Fred Flintstones wife, Wilma. Whereas Cosmo was -- and is -- a completely original design. And Timmy's hat, a staple, was originally supposed to be blue but the creators "blue marker ran out of ink" and the pink was used instead. It is hard to imagine what would have been Timmy without his pink hat. Artists can you help with that one?

KRABBY PATTY SECRET RECIPE

The Krabby Patty is one famous burger sold at Krusty Krab. In more than one of the episodes, the burger’s secret recipe was shown as random gibberish.

Most fans think the secret ingredient is crab (Ironic right?), while others think there’s no secret recipe at all and that it was only made up to keep Plankton busy.
