Microsoft pushed the latest Windows 10 Quick Preview 19958 system update, which is an active development version after Windows 10 20H1 (also known as the 2004 version). Although features in the active development branch may appear in future versions of Windows 10, they no longer match specific Windows 10 versions.
In the latest Windows 10 Build 19582, Microsoft brings new features for eye control improvements, and also updates your phone (YOUR PHONE) App, adding specific features for Samsung Galaxy S20 / S20 + / S20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flip, including RCS messaging, mobile phone screen remains black, copy and paste across devices, etc.

Eye control improvements
Eye Control allows users to interact with Windows 10 using only their eyes. Based on feedback, based on this release, Microsoft has updated the “eye control” setting to now span multiple pages to provide more room for options.

Your Phone App – Introducing Multiple New Features for Samsung Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Z Flip
Starting in August last year, Microsoft will continue to maintain a strong partnership with Samsung and is pleased to introduce exciting new features that are now available in the latest Samsung Galaxy S20 / S20 + / S20 Ultra and Galaxy Z Flip devices in selected markets Available. You can copy and paste text and images between devices, phone screens remain black, RCS Rich Text Fusion SMS and more.
Now you can seamlessly copy and paste text and images between your phone and your Windows 10 PC. Just enable this feature in the “your phone” application settings and use the familiar Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V commands on your PC or the hold gesture on your Android phone to copy and paste content. It’s that simple.

- Samsung Galaxy S20 / S20 + / S20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip devices in selected markets
- PCs running 2018 Windows 10 Update April Edition or later
Keep the black screen when using the phone screen
Phone screen features have been improved. Users can now choose to turn off the smartphone screen to optimize battery consumption and protect the privacy of the phone’s personal content. During a mobile screen session, a black screen appears on all supported devices (any device that supports Link to Windows). When starting a session, a black screen is enabled, and when it ends, it exits by itself. Users can turn off the black screen at any time by:
- Press the power button
- Sliding device screen
- Activate Bixby
- Disable black screen at any time from the Settings page

- Devices supported by the phone screen
- View a list of supported phone screen compatible devices.
Rich Text Converged Communications Service (RCS)
Your mobile app now supports RCS (Send / Receive) to provide a richer messaging experience on selected Samsung devices, provided your mobile operator supports RCS services. For users who have RCS messaging enabled on their devices and use Samsung Messages as the default messaging owner on their phones, they will now be able to send and receive these messages from the Your Phone app. In addition, users will be able to see their messages marked as read. If users view messages on their PC, they will also be marked as read on the phone, eliminating the need to clear notifications on the phone.
RCS requirements:
- Samsung Galaxy S20 series runs 10.0 or higher
- PCs running 2018 Windows 10 Update April Edition or later
- Mobile operators supporting RCS messaging
These features are gradually being rolled out to Windows Insiders on Windows 10 Build 19H2 + and the general public, so it may take several days for the “Your Phone” app to be available.
