Second economical iPhone in a year
A Twitter leaker, @omegaleaks, claims to know the prices of the iPhone 12 versions, and “confirmed” some reports from Jon Prosser, who is known for the accurate information it offers about several products from many companies, including Apple is also present.
@Omegaleaks reports that there will be two 4G models in the iPhone 12 series, the simple one, and the Max. The small model with the 5.4-inch screen will be priced at $549 and the largest at $649. From then on, the leaker’s post doesn’t matter, because Jon Prosser has provided more details.
Specifically, Prosser reports that the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 will have an OLED screen, 2 cameras, 5G support, and will be priced at $649. There will also be two 5G versions with a 6.1-inch OLED screen and 2 or 3 cameras. The price of the version with the 2 cameras will be at 749 US dollars and the one with the 3 cameras will be at 999 US dollars because it will also have LiDAR.
Finally, Prosser says the largest model in the series will be the iPhone 12 Pro Max with 3 cameras and LiDAR, 5G, and a 6.7-inch OLED screen. The 12 Pro Max will be priced at $1,099.
