Today evaluation agency DxOMark announced the audio test score of Huawei P40 Pro: 59 points.
Huawei P40 Pro has a single speaker (lower right, side sound), multiple microphones, and the headphone jack is eliminated.
The DxOMark team believes that the overall audio performance of the P40 Pro is mixed: its mono speaker configuration makes its audio playback performance poor, so the DxOMark team recommends that P40 Pro users should use headphones to listen to get more comprehensive and more enjoyable audio experience. However, the sound recording performance of the Huawei P40 Pro is excellent, and it can currently share the first place with the Honor V30 Pro. The Honor V30 Pro performs well in recording, especially on business occasions such as conferences or voice memo recordings.
