Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro 5G getting EMUI 10.1

Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro smartphone was launched on 19th June 2020. The phone comes with a 6.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro is powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800 processor that features 4 cores clocked at 2GHz and 4 cores clocked at 2GHz. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro runs Android 10 and is powered by a 4000mAh battery. The Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a third 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Huawei has started rolling out the EMUI 10.1 with new features and May 2020 security patch update for the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro 5G smartphone users in China. The latest update brings version number EMUI 10.1.1.122.

Split-Screen

  • Split-screen mode can help you multitask by separating your screen into two panes, allowing you to display and operate two different apps simultaneously.

Knuckle Gestures

  • Go to Settings > Accessibility features > Shortcuts & gestures to enable Take a screenshot, Record screen, and Split screen.

Take a screenshot

  • Knock twice on the screen with a knuckle to take a screenshot.

Capture part of the screen

  • Knock and draw an enclosed area with a knuckle to capture part of the screen.

Record screen

  • Knock twice on the screen with two knuckles to start or end a screen recording.

Split screen

  • Firmly draw a line across the screen with a knuckle to enter the split-screen mode.

Camera

  • New camera continuous shooting function is added. Long press the shutter to take photos continuously to get the most exciting photo; optimize the camera to take photos Effect, improved imaging quality.

Security

  • Integrates Android security patches released in May 2020 for improved system security.

How to Check

Go to Settings -> ‘System & updates’ -> ‘Software update’ -> ‘Check for updates’ -> ‘Download and install’.

Via Support app. Go to Support App-> Services -> Update > Check for updates. (Get the latest version of the app.)
