HDR10 video support update rolling to Honor X10 Max

Honor X10 Max smartphone users now started receiving new optimizations and HDR10 support. It also brings June 2020 security patch update. This update is related to the Chinese variant. Check the complete changelog below.

Changelog

Gallery – New Smart Gallery Feature, the smartphone can automatically detect pictures in the gallery and organize them in different categories such as portraits, locations, scenery, food, etc.

Multimedia – Optimizes video playback with more and clearer details when watching movies. Added support for HDR10 standard videos.

Camera – Optimizes photography and video recording experience.

NFC – Optimize card swiping.

Security – Integrates Android security patches released in June 2020 for improved system security.

How to Check

Go to Settings -> ‘System & updates’ -> ‘Software update’ -> ‘Check for updates’ -> ‘Download and install’.

Via Support app. Go to Support App-> Services -> Update > Check for updates. (Get the latest version of the app.)
