Apple iOS 13.4 Beta Preview has begun to test Apple Pay new card types on a small scale, including Lingnan Tong, Shenzhen Tong, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Interconnect Cards. Apple Pay already supports Shanghai Transportation Card and Beijing Transportation Card.
According to the news that Apple’s Apply Pay supports Alipay function this morning, the official version of iOS 13.4 will be launched at 1 am on March 18th, which will bring many new features.
In addition to the above, it is reported that iOS 13.4 Apple Pay will also be launched to support Hong Kong Octopus cards and Foshan Greater Bay Area T-Union transportation cards.
According to reports, the Apple Pay Octopus card device profile is iPhone 8, Apple Watch Series 3 and later devices that use Face ID or Touch ID.
