To enable WiFi Calling on OnePlus devices, open Settings -> WiFi and Internet -> SIM and network settings -> SIM.

WiFi Calling on Samsung Devices:

To enable WiFi calling on Samsung devices running OneUI, go to Settings -> Connections -> Wi-Fi Calling -> SIM1 or SIM2 -> Turn on “Wi-Fi Calling”.
