Apple: 5nm chip A14 bionic first benchmark scores for iPad13,2

According to the benchmark listing, a new iPad device model with model name iPad13,2 appeared on the GeekBench website. This device is equipped with a 6-core processor and has a basic frequency of 2.99GHz, with a single-core running score of 1583 and a multi-core running score of 4198. This could be Apple’s iPad Air 4 which will be equipped with a new 5nm chip A14 bionic.

As far as score comparison to the latest chipset, the running score of the Apple A13 processor is about 1336 for single core and 3539 for multi-core; the running score of the Apple A12 processor is about 1112 for single-core and 2626 for multi-core.

If you believe in the rumors and leaks, this will debut in mid-September and the company will announce its A14 Bionic device iPad Air 4.

Apple said that the A14 Bionic chip uses a brand new 6-core design (2 high frequency + 4 energy-saving core), using a 5nm process, the size of its transistors is in the unit of atom, with 11.8 billion transistors.
